Let\u2019s talk about bleeding problems.<\/p>\n

I am fortunate to be able to treat almost all patient profiles that, with a traditional implant system, would not be possible or would require bone grafts and aggressive premeditation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0This is the case of a patient who came to me because he needed a technique that caused little bleeding. Indeed, the bone drilling or carving done is very small and narrow, and the implant is immediately placed, closing said hole. This is of special importance in patients with coagulation problems like this patient who has hemophilia. Hemophilia is a disorder of the coagulation cascade where patients tend to bleed a lot and, above all, do not stop bleeding in any surgery involving cutting and separation. Compressive and basal implantology is completely suitable and safe for patients of this type.<\/p>\n

In this case, the upper arch was done a month ago, with basal implants, intraoral welding, and an immediate provisional. Now, placement of posterior implants plus carving of their worn-out pieces, intraoral scanning, and at 24 hours, a long-term rehabilitation was installed in reinforced PMMA.<\/p>\n
