2. Planning and Preparation: The design of the new framework<\/h2>\n

In our clinic, we do not simply replace \u201ccrowns\u201d; we design health. The first step was to prepare the abutments and plan the regeneration of the lost tissue.<\/p>\n

To replace the missing premolar (tooth 14), we opted for a monoblock implant without a through screw. This is one of the most advanced techniques for achieving a natural result, as the tooth appears to emerge directly from the gum, with no access holes.<\/p>\n
