Obviously, extracting the affected teeth and placing basal implants or implants with basal support emerged as the solution in this case and in most cases like it.
We performed the extractions and placed 8 implants in the morning, and in the afternoon, we cemented an immediate provisional bridge, which they will wear for 3 to 4 months until the gums heal, the implants integrate well, and we can provide a more permanent rehabilitation.
